Our vision is of a vibrant, independent and resilient voluntary sector that enables people to transform their lives.
We are recruiting for a manager who will be responsible for overseeing the work and development of the NCJAA. The manager is responsible for a small staff team and will work with a range of different stakeholders to improve policy and practice in relation to arts-based work with people in prison, on probation and in the community.
