National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance – Communications and Membership Officer
London based (occasional national travel) 2.5 days per week
£25,951 pro-rata, plus 6% pension contribution.
The National Criminal Justice Arts Alliance (NCJAA) is the leading national network supporting the arts in criminal justice. Our aim is to ensure the arts are used within the Criminal Justice System as a springboard for positive change. The Alliance is managed by Clinks, an umbrella organisation that supports voluntary and community sector groups working with people with convictions.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent attention to detail to effectively deliver the communications and membership engagement priorities for the leading arts and criminal justice membership network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the role of the alliance as the go-to network for arts in criminal justice news and information via our website, e-bulletins, social media platforms and printed materials. They will also be responsible for membership engagement including developing good practice schemes by utilising effective communications. The Communications and Membership Officer will also assist the NCJAA Manager perform administrative tasks including organising events and meetings to ensure the smooth running of the network as well as work closely with our Chair and an active and committed Steering Group.
The role requires a talented communications officer who is confident working on their own initiative as well as collaboratively. The individual will need to be able to manage competing tasks and work with a range of stakeholders.
